End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and LoremSoft Inc.

1. Grant of License

LoremSoft Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ownership
